These Terms & Services govern your use of our online personal coaching services and website.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
KAIZEN Strength Systems offers online personal coaching services only at this time.
All programs are for educational and fitness coaching purposes only and are not medical, therapy, or injury rehabilitation advice.
You should always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise program.
In the future, we may offer downloadable programs, nutrition advice, and merchandise. These will be updated in our terms when launched.
2. Payments, Renewals & Refund Policy
- Payments are made manually on a monthly basis.
- Clients are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of payment.
- After 14 days, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
- Payments do not automatically renew; clients must manually renew their coaching packages.
3. Client Responsibilities & Safety Disclaimer
- You acknowledge that all physical training carries inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk.
- KAIZEN Strength Systems and Alex are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications arising from the use of our programs or advice.
- You confirm that you are medically cleared to engage in physical training.
- Minors (under 18 years old) may only participate with parental or guardian consent, including a signed permission document.
4. Communication & Support
- We are committed to providing fast and personal communication.
- While we aim to respond as quickly as possible (often immediately if available), please allow reasonable response times based on availability.
- Clients may communicate through any preferred channel (email, WhatsApp, social media, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, including training plans, videos, documents, and digital materials, are the exclusive property of KAIZEN Strength Systems and Alex.
- You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share any part of our materials without written consent.
6. Privacy & Client Data
- We collect and store personal data such as contact details, progress data, photos, and training information to deliver your coaching experience.
- All data is kept private and secure.
- We may ask for your written permission to use progress photos or testimonials for marketing or social media purposes — your privacy is respected.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
- Any disputes will be handled under Israeli jurisdiction.
8. Updates to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Services at any time.
- Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
