We usually collect this information during a phone or Zoom consultation. If this is not possible, we may collect it via WhatsApp.

  • Process payments (when needed)
  • Provide nutrition advice (when offered)

Your personal data is stored on Alex’s private devices only.
At this time, files are not password-protected or encrypted.
